The firm is founded and led by Neil George.

Neil has over 30 years experience in the hotel industry across the US, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.  He was most recently SVP Acquisition & Development at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc.  Prior to that, he advised leading hospitality companies and investors in his roles at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen in London.  He started his career in hotel operations and holds a masters degree in hospitality from Cornell University's School of Hotel Management.
